These terms cover your use of the We Travel PC client portal at portal.wetravelpc.com. We have kept them as plain and reasonable as possible. Questions are always welcome.

1. Who these terms apply to

By using the We Travel PC client portal, you agree to these terms. The portal is for our clients (home and business) and our internal team. If you find yourself reading this without that authorization, please close the page.

2. What the portal does

The We Travel PC client portal displays IT and security information about your technology environment. It pulls data from the platforms we use to manage and protect your systems, like Microsoft 365, UniFi, Huntress, and others. The portal exists to give you visibility into the work we do for you.

We give you portal credentials when you become a client (or when your business adds you as a user). When using the portal, please:

We handle your data carefully. Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected. The short version: we collect what we need to deliver IT and security services, we do not sell your data, and we secure it the same way we secure our clients.

5. Connected platforms

The portal pulls information from third-party platforms (Microsoft, Ubiquiti, Huntress, Dell, and others) that help us deliver your services. Those platforms have their own terms and policies. We are responsible for what we do with the information; the platforms themselves are not under our control and may have their own outages or changes.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the portal running smoothly. That said, occasional downtime, maintenance windows, or upstream issues with connected platforms may interrupt access. We may also update or change features over time. We will give reasonable notice for planned changes when we can.

7. Our work and the portal itself

The We Travel PC client portal, including its design, features, and content, is our work and is protected by intellectual property laws. Please do not copy or redistribute it without checking with us first. We are usually flexible about reasonable requests.

8. The honest disclaimer

We provide the portal "as is" because no software is perfect. We cannot promise the portal will be available every second of every day, or that every piece of data will always be current to the second. For anything that affects your business decisions, please verify directly with us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from portal use, but our IT and security partnership agreement with you covers our actual service obligations.

9. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we will post the new effective date at the top and let active clients know. Continuing to use the portal after an update means you accept the changes. If you ever disagree, please reach out and we will work it out.
